I have always moved.
Around the United States and around the world as a daughter of a military family. Through classrooms where sitting still never felt natural. Into every dance class, workshop, and performance opportunity I could find. Then around the world again as a professional dancer, educator, and lifelong learner.
As an artist, dance became a way to express what words alone could not.
As a student, movement helped me understand ideas more deeply.
As a teaching artist, I witnessed how movement transformed engagement, confidence, and comprehension.
As a yoga therapist, I experienced the power of movement as a pathway to healing and well-being.
I have moved all my life, and I have built my life’s work around helping others move too.
That passion became Dancing Between the Lines.
